Best app for mental health

I use the mood check in as a reminder to take medication, keep track of fluctuating moods, and remind myself to be present and thoughtful.

The thought distortions list is helpful and I especially like the suggestion for things things to do like running, meeting friends, etc with a follow up to see if it helped.
