Love it!
I, too, find this a very useful way to help me fight my depression and anxiety. The notes section of the Mood scale allows me to enter triggers for my moods while the Thought checker provides the opportunity to save these entries in the journal, allowing me to look back and note progress or lack thereof.
Although I dont use the other features as much as I could (for example, the healthy habits or productivity hints), I appreciate the fact that they are available to me, especially since my moods tend to limit my impulses towards self-care.
