Best CBT App Available but Needs Improvement
After researching and testing a few CBT apps, Mood Kit is one of the more robust on the market, however it leaves a lot to be desired, primarily in the GUI department. For example, from a usability standpoint, when opening the app, it isnt clear where to go or what to do first; some guidance or icons (rather than list view) would be helpful (also a Home screen/button is absent). Secondly, it would be beneficial if all journal entries, commitments, etc. automatically saved (with the option to delete them after). Thirdly, it seems logical that Activities, Moods, and Thoughts would be integrated more somehow, but I dont see this in the app. Perhaps an indication on the mood graph when thought records are logged, as well as activities accomplished - this would be helpful as they are interrelated.
