Disappointed

This is exactly the type of app a person with pre-existing anxiety is triggered by. The notion that our thoughts are being read without our knowledge. There is so much room for the abuse of power.

Mood kit

I love the thought checker and cognitive distortion list. I like being able to go back and add to them and to look for patterns.

Great tool

I mostly use the thought checking tool and the mood rater. But just those have had a huge impact on keeping my mood up. Including keeping me from having an actual mental break-down one day and giving me the time to get to a psychologist. I couldnt praise this app enough.

Very well-designed UI, solid psychology

Im an MD w/ hx of bipolar II, and I treat depression in clinic daily. I really like the combo of tools here. They seem to be well in line with what medicine knows about depression (eg exercise helps, regular sleep cycles are critical, CBT works as well as meds for moderate depression, etc). The design/UI is clean and intuitive.

Fantastic 4 Those with Mood Disorders

For people with mood disorders, this app is FANTASTIC because, among reasons, it can help your psychiatrist to more precisely understand your mood history and prescribe or adjust your meds appropriately. It is not only invaluable to the psychiatrist, but also to the patient. GET THIS APP!!! UPDATE: 4/1/2016 Cant find this I the app store anymore when I wanted to add it to my new iPad Pro. Major disappointment. UPDATE: 9/5/16: I have decided to stop using this app because I cannot print anything to give to my psychiatrist. The lack of being able to print is a deal breaker.

Useful tool

Update: for the last few months Ive been using the thought checker nearly every day, and I have noticed a change in how I respond to upsetting events, so hey, it works. Overall I like this app. The big weakness is that the mood tracker only lets you do one mood per day. Also, some of the journal questions come across as cheesy or annoying or just unhelpful. However, other ones are direct and helpful, and Ive already created a couple templates of my own that I think will be useful. I like the thought checker: its brief and convenient but also to the point. I like having the long list of suggested feelings and the option to pick more than one, and its more convenient to have a list of distortions there rather than pulling out a piece of paper and having to go by memory when on the run. I also appreciate that theres an option to say theres no distortion but still a better way of looking at things. Ive only looked at a couple of the activities but the apparent variety is impressive. And again, the convenience factor is amazing.

Great resource

Ive been dealing with Persistent Depressive Disorder for a number of years now, and this app helps keep me motivated to improve my life and correct my distorted thinking.

Life and thought changer

This app has been a complete life changer for me. Ive been using the app for several years as I struggle with depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Granted, sometimes when you are so emotionally worked up, you forget the resource is here, but when I do remember, I stop, use it, and am able to re-process my thoughts and realize the distributions. I then always feel better.

This app has helped me understand myself better, and deepen my relationships with those around me.

Love the mood tracking, and the thought checker. A powerful tool to see what gaps there are in your thinking, and how to gain a better perspective.

Amazing tool

I love this app! Helps me check in with myself, notice triggers and patterns over time, and work through stressful situations. I really enjoy the task suggestions as well. Great value for the money.

Great functionality but...

It is a great app. Has exactly what I want in a CBT based app. Its just the design is so old that I held off buying it for weeks. If it just did a little flat trend, some of the functionality would minimize with it and become an all around stronger, more modern, app.

I hardly give a 5 star. But this app. Is just AMAZING. Its comprehensive. Has many features. And covers all you need to manage your emotions and moods in a daily basis in a scientific constructive way. God bless you.

Great features. Bad iPhone 6 support

I love the features in this application. However the iPhone 6 and 6+ Support doesnt exist at this time. Ill review the app at five stars when of sports my phone.
